Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges, particularly children and those with disabilities or autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings. The ideal candidate is open to starting with a small caseload, and building up over time.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective patient care and support.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on behavioral health practices and techniques.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the community and facilitate access to resources.

Experience

  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, and those on the autism spectrum.
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
  • Expertise in applied behavior analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Compassionate approach towards patient care, fostering a supportive environment for clients.
  • Must be a credentialed BCBA residing in Colorado and in-network with major insurances.

Work Location: Hybrid/ Remote

  • The ideal candidate is willing to travel in person to some cases

Compensation: Hourly

  • $80+/hour depending on experience
