Provider referrals for ABA therapy

Refer a patient.

We'll take it from there.

Achieve Behavioral makes referring a patient for ABA therapy straightforward: submit the form below, and our team handles insurance verification, scheduling, and follow-up, so your office doesn't have to chase down next steps.

Why physicians refer to Achieve Behavioral

What happens after you refer a patient

Once we receive your referral, our intake team reaches out to the family directly to begin insurance verification and schedule an initial assessment with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We keep you informed along the way, so you have visibility into your patient's care without having to follow up yourself.

Clear communication back to your office

We provide updates on assessment outcomes and treatment status, so you stay informed about your patient's progress.

Insurance verification handled for you

Our team confirms coverage and manages prior authorizations directly with the family's insurance provider.

BCBA-supervised care from day one

Every treatment plan is designed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with ongoing clinical supervision throughout.

A single point of contact

Your office works with one team throughout the referral and intake process, rather than being routed between departments.

Frequently asked questions for referring providers

  • What information do you need to process a referral?

Basic patient and family contact information, along with any diagnostic documentation you have on hand, is enough to start the process. We'll follow up directly with the family for anything additional.

  • How quickly will the family be contacted?

Our intake team reaches out to referred families promptly to begin insurance verification and scheduling.

Yes. We provide updates on assessment outcomes and treatment status so your office has visibility into your patient's progress.

  • Do you accept patients without a formal autism diagnosis yet?

In some cases, yes. Reach out to discuss your specific patient's situation, and we can advise on next steps.
